Suzie Matthews (from Bed, Breakfast and You in Finding Home) loves to cook and she’s the best darned cook in Legend, Tennessee. Everybody says so. She runs her own B&B, has published a cookbook, conducts cooking classes on Saturdays, and caters for special events and holidays.
You would think that would be enough, wouldn’t you?
It seems, however, that she has also discovered another talent—matchmaking! Firm in her belief that good food is a way to a man’s stomach, and his heart, she is convinced she can bring her friends (and maybe foes) together for a perfect match.
So first, she tests her matchmaking abilities on the one woman in Legend who no one thinks will ever get married: Mary Lou Picketts. Suzie figures if she can find the perfect match for Mary Lou, she’s in business. And thus, The Matchmaking Chef series was born.
